ActiveCampaign Automation Triggers

The original design for the Automation Trigger modal was not flexible, and began to fail as more triggers were added.



Description

While at ActiveCampaign most of my work was focused at building out new mobile experiences, but I also contributed to new features and UX improvements on their web-based CRM platform. For this project, I worked with the Automations Project Manager to improve the experience of creating a new automation and selecting a trigger to base it on.
