Bathomet is a small brand of soap and bath products my sister and I have been running since 2017. It is based entirely on a throwaway joke that came up at a bar one night. After following it up the next day with a drawing of Our Lady of the Tub, and a week-long string of ridiculous horror/soap puns, we quickly realised we had to learn how to make soap.

We mostly focus our efforts on craft pop-ups and maker fairs in the midwest. Creative and promotional work is split between us. I do a lot of the formulation and compounding, while my sister does a lot of the packaging design and production.
